Growth Marketing Consultant (£45-65k) – Digital Agency, London

Are you a hands-on growth marketer looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Consultant for a fast-growing digital agency based in London. This is a practical, results-driven role, focused on PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRO, and email marketing, where you’ll be responsible for driving measurable acquisition and retention strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRO, and email to optimise customer acquisition and improve funnel performance.
Working directly with clients to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
Running A/B tests, landing page optimisations, and data-driven experiments to improve performance.
Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists to build and refine high-performing campaigns.
Keeping up with emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in growth marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance, or paid media.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and other key ad platforms.
Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of campaign performance.
Analytical mindset with experience in testing, optimisation, and reporting.
Agency experience is a plus but not essential.
