Senior Growth Marketing Consultant (£70-85k) – Digital Agency, London

Are you an experienced growth marketer looking to step into a lead role in a high-growth agency?

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Consultant for a London-based digital agency that’s scaling fast. This role is for someone who thrives in strategy and execution, with deep expertise in PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and CRO. You’ll work closely with clients, shaping growth strategies while still staying hands-on with performance marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and executing multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, organic, email, and CRO.
• Managing large-scale budgets, ensuring acquisition and retention strategies are optimised for ROI.
• Leading A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and campaign iteration based on data and insights.
• Advising clients on emerging trends, best practices, and new opportunities in digital growth.
• Working closely with internal teams to drive performance and deliver best-in-class marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Strong background in PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRO, and data-driven performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with large budgets and high-growth brands.
• Strong client-facing and strategic advisory skills.
• Agency experience is highly desirable.
