About the Role:

• Location: London, Mayfair
• Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum + benefits
• Reports To: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's mission of ethical and sustainable finance.
• Process Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and B Corp standards, maintaining robust internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key contact for operational issues.
• Technology and Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Lead efforts to support environmental and social goals, monitoring and reducing the company's carbon footprint.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of UK financial regulations.
• Expertise in process optimization and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B Corp certification processes.
