The Role:

• Deliver legal advice and support across a range of financial products, with a focus on receivables finance and trade finance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring the highest standard of precision and compliance.
• Guide and develop internal policies that align with current regulations and lead the way in industry compliance.
• Engage with external legal counsel to address commercial and litigation matters effectively.
• Monitor legislative changes that impact company operations and navigate these with strategic foresight.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a robust legal background.
• Associate-level experience from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm is ideal.
• Deep understanding of the legal framework in financial markets, particularly receivables and trade finance.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
